Fashion flow provides a 7-day exchange policy for our valued customers if there is any issue with their purchase. It is important to note that any claims made for an exchange must be done within 7 days of the original delivery date.
If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the delivery charges. However, if the product has any defects, Fashion flow will bear the cost of delivery for you. Please note that the product should be in its original packaging and unused for exchange.
Products bought on sale are not qualified for exchange, unless you have received a damaged product during the sale. In the event of a damaged product received during a sale, please notify us within 7 days of the original delivery date to arrange an exchange.
